Payment

Payment is made through Shopify a secure system which processes both debit & credit cards.

Delivery

If we have an item in stock we will endeavour to post it within 24 hours.

We use a Royal Mail Signed For Service which also requires a signature upon delivery.

A confirmation email will be sent once your item has been dispatched along with your tracking number.

Overseas Shipping

All international orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail International.

Prices for this service are done per order and we will email you a price before sending.

Delivery takes from 5 working days, depending on where you are in the world.

Please also be aware that your country's Customs department may add import duty and charges to your parcel on arrival.

Please be aware that some of our items are made to order so delivery times will vary.

Tangerine Dream is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You may be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country and they may apply customs or sales tax which has to be paid before you may receive your goods.

Occasionally when posting larger, heavier item, the shipping costs might be more than we have charged in which case we will contact you for the additional funds. There may be times when it is impossible to ship within the quoted time in which case we will contact you with an update.

Returns

We package everything ourselves, we can therefore ensure our products are packed with the greatest care & attention. However, if you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving, and we will happily do all we can to sort the problem out.

If you do wish to return an item, please use the Royal Mail Signed For Service as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit. Items must be returned in their original condition, being complete, unopened & unused within 14 working days.

We will refund the cost of the order to the cardholder, but unfortunately not the postage cost for returning the item unless the product is faulty.
